Do you accept insurance?

As a concierge service, we do not currently accept insurance. However, we are able to accept payments from HSA or FSA cards.

What is your cancelation policy?

Please call our office and cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged a $50 fee.
